The invoice is payable in full once the work is completed at the latest.


The company does not agree to :-

1) Accepting a quotation after 24 hours  

2) Be held accountable for any damages as a result of cleaning with chemicals

3) Be held accountable for any damages as a result of improper installation or fault

4) Be held accountable for a customer complaint after 24 hours

5) Guaranteeing that stains will be completely removed

6) Guaranteeing the work is completed by a certain time

7) Moving any heavy furniture

8) Offering a refund after completion

9) Starting the work until there is a suitable safe working area


I authorise the company to proceed with the work on acceptance of any quotation.


Payment terms

  • Payment in advance on receipt of proforma invoice 
  • For 2 or more services, 50% to be paid in advance with the remainder to be paid on the day the job is completed without delay 
  • Quotations subject to terms and conditions
