Yes — we always visit the site in person first so we can assess the scope of work accurately. There is no charge for the site visit or quotation.
Absolutely. 136 PureClean holds full public liability insurance, giving you complete peace of mind on every job we undertake at your property.
Yes — we work with both commercial and residential clients. We offer full premises packages for businesses, as well as interior and exterior cleaning solutions for properties being sold or let.
Payment is by invoice — either in advance or on completion of work. For certain larger services, we operate on a 50% deposit in advance and 50% on completion basis. We'll always be clear about payment terms before starting any job.
We always aim to achieve the best possible result using professional-grade equipment and techniques. However, some stains may be permanent depending on the surface type and how long they have been present. We'll give you an honest assessment during our site visit.
We're based in Pendle and cover the wider East Lancashire area including Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Accrington, Clitheroe and beyond. For larger commercial contracts, we're happy to discuss travel further afield. Just give us a call to discuss.
